Red Seed Media is headed by internet veterans, marketing experts and technology enthusiasts who are passionate about providing businesses with effective and impactful solutions to their organizations and bottom lines. At the heart of every business, whether it’s a large enterprise or a small company, a business-to-business or business-to-consumer operation, integrating an online strategy and program to the organization has become a necessary ingredient to a company’s success formula.

Our company’s philosophy and methodology is deeply rooted in providing uncompromised marketing and technology services, and in nurturing long lasting relationships for sustainable business growth, which is how our founding members decided on the name Red Seed Media. We connect people, technology and ideas to create simple, viable, long-term solutions that provides growth and sustenance.

Our team has decades of experience with strategic web business and digital marketing, honed within both the interactive advertising agency and client-side environments, with both brand-building and direct-response marketing approaches, and with budgets, resources, and challenges large and small. We have worked with a diverse range of B2C and B2B companies, across a diverse range of industries including financial services, music, dating & personals, health & nutrition, comparison shopping, and real estate. We have proven track record in contributing to the success of many internet pioneers.

Lucy Park

Co-founder & Managing Director

Lucy has fine-tuned her skills as a senior online marketing executive with over 25 years’ experience in marketing and advertising across a broad spectrum of Tier 1 internet companies.

As Director of Online Marketing at Spark Networks, Lucy oversaw a $24M/year budget to fulfill key traffic and customer acquisition targets that helped propel Spark Networks from start-up to the #3 Social Network in the country while meeting revenue objectives and performance metrics. She guided and was responsible for the development of the team, processes and infrastructure that supported a multi-pronged and comprehensive marketing effort, directed its strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, and hired, mentored and managed a multi-disciplinary interactive marketing team comprised of Media Planners & Buyers, Affiliate Marketing Managers, and Search Engine Marketing Specialists, as well as Web Design & Development Talent.

Lucy first fell in love with and cut her teeth on online marketing at iTraffic (Agency.com), one of the first online advertising agencies in the US, where she managed interactive marketing initiatives for clients like Disney Interactive and Answer Financial Inc., and also at Direct Synergy, Inc, where she managed online initiatives for clients like Business.com and First Republic Bank.

Lucy is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and makes her home in Southern California with her family.   Aside from digital marketing, Lucy enjoys tennis, hiking, and reading.

Christine Teng

Co-founder & Managing Director

Christine has over 20 years of marketing experience across a variety of different companies and industries. She has worked for some of the largest and most successful internet-based businesses including LowerMyBills.com, Spark Networks (JDate.com, AmericanSingles.com), Esurance, and Move.com where she gained and honed a breadth and depth of skills as a seasoned marketing expert. Her experienced has allowed her to leverage both creative and analytical skills to creating and executing effective marketing strategies and programs whether its customer acquisition campaigns, customer retention efforts, or brand building initiatives.

Christine dived into online marketing at Move.com where she was responsible for managing over $14M/year in advertising budget and handling over 80 campaigns that was instrumental in driving Move.com’s growth in becoming a leading real estate portal, which ultimately was acquired by Homestore.com. At LowerMyBills.com, her work contributed to multi-million-dollar revenue growth and to exceeding annual marketing target profits within 6 months. Such efforts catapulted LowerMyBills.com from start-up to one of the largest online financial destinations to be acquired by Experian.

Christine is a graduate of the University of California, at Berkeley with a major in Environmental Sciences. She resides in Southern California with her family. In her leisure time, Christine pursues running, hiking, reading, and writing.
